Every town follows the same state process, in which you apply at your local department online through the MIRCS Unified Gun Portal or on paper, and the fee for most applicants is $100. The sections below show what the Hadley department adds to it.
Fees and payment
- A non-refundable $100 fee (cash or check) must be paid in person (see #3 for electronic options) at the Town Clerk’s Office at the Hadley Town Hall, 100 Middle St, Hadley, MA.
