Every town follows the same state process, in which you apply at your local department online through the MIRCS Unified Gun Portal or on paper, and the fee for most applicants is $100. The sections below show what the Haverhill department adds to it.
Appointments and hours
- Mondays between 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM; then again from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM*.
